FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – The Fort Wayne Police Department says that two underage boys are facing charges after an “armed disturbance” forced a school into a “lockout” on Tuesday afternoon.
Officers were called to the 3000 block of South Hanna just after 3 p.m. They say two suspects fled the scene – leaving behind two handguns that were recovered at the scene.
Though it isn’t clear what happened to prompt the calls to police – the 15 and 17-year-olds now face firearm and resisting law enforcement charges.
