INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – The state is getting a grade of “D” for its redistricting in 2021.
The National Coalition Hub for Advance Redistricting & Grassroots Engagement, or CHARGE, says Indiana was among 13 states to get a D, D+, or D- grade. Eight states had an F grade.
