DEKALB CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office says that a motorcyclist has a broken leg after being struck after being hit by a car by a car Wednesday morning.
Police were called around 5:45 a.m. to the intersection of State Road 327 and State Road 205.
Officers reported that a 2021 Indian Scout driven by Zechariah M. Kleeman of Garrett was driving south on SR 327.
When Kleeman was passing through the intersection with SR 205 his motorcycle was hit by a Buick Lacrosse. Police say it was driven by Kevin M. Martz of Churubusco and that he failed to yield the right of way.
Kleeman was taken to a hospital for treatment of a broken lower right leg.
