INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – A new court decision means transgender students in Indiana will continue to have access to bathrooms and locker rooms that match their gender identities.
The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a preliminary injunction from a lower court Tuesday.
This comes after the ACLU of Indiana sued the Metropolitan School District of Martinsville and the Vigo County Schools. Both districts say they are now reviewing the court’s decision.
