FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – This week, 21 University of Saint Francis seniors committed to begin their healthcare careers with Parkview Health.
The soon-to-be graduates made their intentions known in a signing event in the Doermer Family Center for Health Science Education. Representatives from Parkview joined USF College of Health Sciences leaders to celebrate the launching of their careers.
USF representatives released the following:
“This was the largest signing event we have had with any partner,” said Erin LaCross, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, CENP, Parkview Health Senior Vice President of Nursing Professional Development. “We signed 21 soon-to-be Saint Francis graduates who have accepted positions with us at Parkview as nurses. We had a lot of family represented here, which is an important part of the event. I always say getting through nursing school is a team sport.
