INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Multiple reports indicate the Indianapolis Colts are trading quarterback Carson Wentz to the Washington Commanders.
ESPN reports Indianapolis will receive the Commanders’ third-round picks in 2022 and 2023. The teams will also swap second-round picks in 2022.
The move comes after Wentz started 17 games for the Colts in 2021. The trade is expected to be made official on the first day of the new league year, which is March 16th.
