Walgreens and CVS are taking appointments for kids under 12 to get a COVID vaccine. Walmart and Sam’s Club will start this weekend. President Biden says 20-thousand locations will be in full mode by next week as part of a program to protect 28-million kids.
While Republicans are blocking a second voting rights bill in the Senate. They refused to let it advance. The bill is named in honor of civil rights icon and late congressman John Lewis. Democrats needed at least ten GOP votes but only got one.
